Banquet for 300 prepared on-site with no commercial kitchen! Impressively all the chefs prepared the menu chosen by the Chairman’s Daughter. The hors d’oeuvres, main and dessert courses were all done on-site using portable stovetops, luncheon tables, and convection ovens, etc…
