This is only an estimate of cost and not a guarantee of any kind. Fees incurred may be, and often are, higher or lower due to client request, guest count, unforeseen expenses, or other factors. In the unlikely event Chef become suddenly unavailable an alternate will be found by Indulgence.

Deposits

50% Deposit Policy
1. 50% of Quote is Required to hold Date.
2. Deposit is cashed immediately & is non-refundable.
3. If quote is higher than fees incurred refund will be given for excess within 30 days.

Rescheduling:
1. A new date must be requested no later than 120 HRS before scheduled time/date or entire amount is due in full.

Cancellations

1. Customer understands and agrees that Indulgence by Natasha Catering charges a service fee of 50% of total charges for cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice.

2. Refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at Indulgence by Natasha’s sole discretion.

1. Customer agrees that if the actual number of guests is less than the Guaranteed Number of guests, Customer will still be charged for the Guaranteed Number. If the actual number

of guests is more than the Guaranteed Number, Customer will be charged at established rate over the per person rate agreed upon for each guest over and above the Guaranteed Number.

2. Indulgence by Natasha reserves the right to substitute items that become unavailable in the market or that exceed reasonable market prices. Indulgence by Natasha will make best efforts to notify the client of such substitution(s) if time allows.

3. Any changes to the menu or special requests by Customer must be made in writing no later than

2 weeks prior to the event date.  Additional charges may apply.

4. Indulgence by Natasha and/or its agents shall be liable for any damage to or loss of property entrusted to its employees. Customer shall be liable for any damage to or loss of property rented to Customer, which may be caused by Customer or guests of the Customer.

5. All food and beverage, products and tools purchased by Indulgence by Natasha are the property of Indulgence by Natasha. All food or products not consumed at the event will be removed after the event.

6. Services or items not on invoice but requested by client must be paid for upon services rendered.

Payment

• All prices subject to state sales tax of 8.25%
• Customer must agree in writing to all terms to book any event.
