Feb. 18th we competed in the BEST BITES Competition by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. THANK YOU to all those who voted for Us while enjoying bites from Houston's Top Restaurants and Wine from Houston's Top Wineries. Proceeds benefited the Houston Livestock SHow and Rodeo.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 15 2007 :American First National Bank - New Building Gala
Banquet for 300 prepared on-site with no commercial kitchen! Impressively all the chefs prepared the menu chosen by the Chairman's Daughter. The hors d'oeuvres, main and dessert courses were all done on site using portable stovetops, luncheon tables and convection ovens, etc... Click here for a slideshow.

SUNDAY AUGUST 27 2006: WNBA Be Fit Tour at Kemah Boardwalk.
Among other fun free activities including meeting the players, fans learned to prepare healthy meals during on-site cooking demonstrations by Chef Natasha at the Bradford Entertainment Center (in front of Cadillac and Joe's Crab Shack). There were samples to taste and recipes to take home.
